CAA Product Help

(HELP ?) Circles provide narratives on Training, Explanations, and Hints. These can be related to the overall screen, or to specific items on the screen.



This (HELP ?) Circle narrative is for the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION EXPANSION AREA" Section of the "PROFILE" Screen in MemberLink.



On the left side of the "PROFILE" Screen, under the "Family Mailing Name" entry area, there is a [+ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION] Button. The label to the right of the button reads, "Expand/Close".



Clicking that button will "expand" the screen and display more data entry fields. These additional data entry fields are used less frequently than other standard data fields. You can click and expand to see them and use them, and the screen will become longer and require more scrolling to get to the custom data fields further below. The reason the screen is not fully expanded in the first place is to save time and effort with scrolling.



Among the standard data fields available in the expanded area are the following:

- Nicknames, titles, & suffixes

- Spouse and children names

- Employer name, job title, phone, & website

- Hobbies



** Note: The [+ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION] Button works like a toggle button. After you expand the screen, you can click it again to shrink the screen.
