This is the Choose Name for Labels screen. You came to this screen from the Choose a Report for Members of a Group screen when you selected one of the Avery label print options.
Choosing the Name Format:
Before creating mailing labels, you have to specify which name to print on the first line of the labels. You have three choices: First Name & Last Name; Personal Mailing Name, or Family Mailing name.
First Name Last Name:
If you select this option, the name data will come from the First Name data field and Last Name data field on the persons Profile screen. For example, the name line on the label might read, John Smith.
Personal Mailing Name:
If you select this option, the name data will come from the Personal Mailing Name data field on the persons Profile screen. For example, the name line on the label might read, Mr. John Smith or Rev. John L. Smith.
Family Mailing Name:
If you select this option, the name data will come from the Family Mailing Name data field on the persons Profile screen. For example, the name line on the label might read, Mr. & Mrs. John Smith or John & Betty Smith & Family.
Proceeding to Print:
After specifying which name format to use, you proceed to create the labels for printing by clicking the [Choose Which Name to Use] button.
Then follow the instructions and either Save the file for later printing with Microsoft Word, or Open the file with Microsoft Word for immediate printing.
